Hive Homes joins Cash for Kids Mission Christmas

This Christmas, Hive Homes is getting involved with Cash for Kids Mission Christmas, helping to make the festive season a little brighter for children and young people in the local community who might otherwise go without.

Mission Christmas is an annual appeal run by Cash for Kids, bringing individuals, businesses and communities together to collect gifts for children and families facing difficult circumstances. Donations help make sure more local children have something special to open on Christmas morning.

As part of this year’s appeal, Hive Homes is organising a gift collection at two of its developments, Scholars Park and Roedeer Gardens, from 5 November to 12 December. Colleagues, visitors and members of the local community are encouraged to get involved by donating a gift for a child in need.

All gifts must be new and unwrapped, ready for Cash for Kids to sort and distribute. The appeal supports children from birth to 18 years old, so there’s plenty of scope when it comes to choosing a present. Toys, games, books, puzzles, craft sets and gifts for older children and teenagers are all welcome.
